Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to perform electrical distribution inspection and repair services at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The work includes reviewing a deficiency report, procuring and installing circuit breakers and rack mechanisms, repairing existing equipment, and providing warranties and parts lists. All work must be performed on weekends to avoid disrupting hospital operations, and shutdowns require a two‑week notice. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price requirements contract with a performance window of 90 days after award.
• Inspect and validate low‑voltage circuit breaker deficiency summary.
• Procure, install, and repair circuit breakers, racking, and related components; supply spares.
• Conduct all activities Saturday‑Sunday, 07:00‑15:30, with a minimum two‑week shutdown notice approved by the COR.
