CVA - Clean Vessel Act (FY25)

The Clean Vessel Act (CVA) provides funding to states for the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of pumpout stations and waste reception facilities for recreational boaters. The program aims to prevent pollution from recreational boat sewage. Eligible applicants include government organizations, education organizations, and nonprofit organizations. The funding opportunity is competitive, and applications will be ranked based on criteria such as survey/plans, construction/renovation of pumpouts or dump stations, partnership, innovative approach, education, and sensitive area.
