Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $20,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on comparable cruise‑terminal upgrade projects in New York City, a two‑package marine and upland renovation typically ranges from $5 million to $20 million, depending on scope, materials, and DBE subcontracting requirements. Therefore a reasonable estimate for the total award is between $5 M and $20 M.
