Deliveries of Bulk Liquid Oxygen for the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), Germany

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity Europe is seeking a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commercial supply contract for the delivery of bulk liquid oxygen to the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) in Germany. The contract will have a base year and three option years. The contractor will be responsible for delivering medical grade liquid oxygen, renting and maintaining a bulk storage tank, and providing emergency delivery services. The contractor must also comply with German safety regulations and ensure that delivery drivers and contractor points of contact are fluent in English. • The contract requires the delivery of bulk liquid oxygen with a purity of at least 99.5% by volume. • The contractor must provide a written statement or certification confirming that the quoted product meets the minimum salient characteristics. • The contractor must also provide pricing for all ordering periods and ensure that prices are fair and reasonable based on market conditions. • The contract has a duration of 48 months, with a base year and three option years. • The contractor will be evaluated based on technical capability and price.
