The State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Nevada Department of Corrections is seeking competitive pricing for a total of (4) John Deere (2026) Gator TH 6x4 Diesel 562UM WITH Canopy and windshield. The goods shall be delivered to High Desert State Prison. • The purchase is for a one-time delivery of the specified goods. • The goods shall be new and of good quality, free from defects in material and workmanship. • The vendor shall provide a full warranty for the goods. • The State of Nevada shall have the right to inspect the goods on arrival and within a commercially reasonable time. • The vendor shall deliver the goods as indicated in the Contract/Purchase Order, and upon acceptance by the State, title to the goods shall pass to the State.
