Intent to Sole Source - Bldg 678 Interior Design Services

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB intends to award a sole source contract to WL Concepts & Production Inc. for interior design services. The project involves the development, production, and installation of custom graphic and design elements throughout Building 678. The scope of work includes graphic and interior design deliverables, additional branding and vinyl work, and graphic design services. The contractor will be responsible for design and production expertise, materials, tools, labor, and coordination of freight, delivery, and installation. Some key tasks and deliverables include: • Custom designed lobby publication display • Anti-scuff paint for stairs • Artwork for breakrooms and 2nd floor wings • Vinyl area at lobby TV wall • Conference room logo and art • New logo in lobby • Alcove full coverage vinyl The client will provide access to the facility, brand assets, and timely feedback and approvals.
