DA01--Loopback Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Integrator (SI)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a prime system integrator to deliver a cloud‑based, multi‑instance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and associated services for the VA enterprise. The effort includes licensing, migration from ServiceNow, ongoing operations, sustainment, optional advanced capabilities (AI, Data Lake, FinOps, etc.), and strict service‑level performance metrics. • Provide a fully managed SaaS/PaaS ERP solution covering core modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, Digital Workplace, CSM, SecOps, and Integrated Risk Management. • Assume end‑to‑end responsibility for licensing, implementation, migration, continuous operation, security, availability (≥ 99.99 % monthly), incident response, and compliance with FedRAMP‑High and VA security standards. • Optionally deliver additional modules (AI, Data Lake, Vendor Risk Management, Field Service Management, Cloud Cost Management, etc.) on a prorated daily‑unit pricing basis, with up to four 12‑month extensions. • Respond to the RFI by the deadline, providing capability statements, feedback on draft PWS/SLA, licensing model suggestions, and a Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate.
