Water Works: RFP Testing Agent for Adminstration & Vehicle Maintanance Building Project

The City of Manchester’s Water Works department is seeking a qualified “Testing Agent” to provide comprehensive materials testing, inspection, and reporting services for the construction of a new Administration & Vehicle Maintenance Building. The contractor will be responsible for field and laboratory testing across multiple construction disciplines, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable ASTM/IBC standards throughout an estimated 18‑month construction period. • Conduct geotechnical, concrete, structural steel, masonry, envelope, fireproofing, and seismic anchoring testing and inspections. • Provide daily logs, non‑conformance reports, test results, and certifications to the project manager and general contractor. • Supply qualified personnel (including ASNT Level II technicians and AWS‑certified inspectors) and maintain required insurance, certifications, and safety training. • Submit three sealed proposal copies by July 9 2026 2:00 PM; respond to Q&A by July 2 2026; deliver services on an as‑needed basis starting August 2026.
