SHENNECOSSETT GOLF COURSE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

The Town of Groton is seeking a vendor to supply agricultural products for the Shennecossett Golf Course. The prospective bidder must complete the bid form and company information sheet, but need not return the entire Invitation to Bid. The bidder is not to include any taxes from which the Town is exempted by law. The Town will complete any tax exemption forms that the successful vendor may require if such forms are within the Town's legal parameters. • The bid is for the supply of agricultural products, including fertilizers, plant nutrients, and herbicides. • The bidder must provide a completed bid form and company information sheet. • The Town is exempt from certain taxes, and the bidder must not include these taxes in their bid. • The successful vendor will be required to provide the Town with tax exemption forms if necessary.
