Unleaded and Diesel Fuel

The City of Nashua is seeking bids from qualified bidders to supply regular unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel for a contract period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The Scope of Work for this project includes delivering fuel to various City locations, with estimated annual usage of 180,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 130,000 gallons of diesel fuel. The successful bidder will be required to provide certificates of insurance, comply with all applicable federal and state laws, and ensure delivery safety requirements are met. • The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • The City estimates an annual usage of 180,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 130,000 gallons of diesel fuel. • The successful bidder must be capable of tanker loads and smaller deliveries. • Deliveries must be made between 7:00am - 4:00pm EST. • An authorized City of Nashua employee must sign all delivery slips. • The City will not be responsible for spillage during deliveries except to the extent that a spill results from the acts or omissions of City employees or agents.
