Photography and Videoagraphy

Clay County, Missouri is establishing a qualified vendor pool to provide on‑call photography, videography, drone imagery, and related post‑production services for its tourism, economic development, parks, historic sites, and other departmental needs. The RFQ does not guarantee a minimum volume of work; vendors will be called upon as projects arise over an initial three‑year contract with two optional one‑year renewals. Submissions must include qualifications, portfolio, references, insurance, licensing, and pricing schedules.
