Notice of Public Comment on the State Fiscal Year 2027 Project Priority List Updates for the Alaska Clean Water Fund and Alaska Drinking Water Fund

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking public comment on the State Fiscal Year 2027 Project Priority List Updates for the Alaska Clean Water Fund and Alaska Drinking Water Fund. The comment period begins on August 13, 2026, and ends on August 24, 2026. The State Revolving Fund Program provides below-market-rate financing for drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and other water quality projects. The Intended Use Plans and associated Project Priority Lists outline the SRF Program’s plan for administering the funding available through the Alaska Clean Water and Drinking Water Funds. • The SRF Program provides financing for water quality projects. • The Intended Use Plans include funding made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021. • The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
