Carbon Filter Pellet Removal and Replacement

The 3rd Maintenance Squadron (3rd MXS) Fabrication Flight, located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK, requires professional filter maintenance services for Bristol Environmental & Engineering Model CD-6626-PSB-82-ARC spray booth facilities. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform a bulk carbon filter exchange. The scope of work includes the delivery and installation of 34,000 lbs of 4mm particle carbon pellets, removal and disposal of old carbon material, and installation of new carbon according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) instructions. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and specialized tools to complete the maintenance. • The contractor must adhere to the OEM instructions for the installation of new carbon. • The contractor is responsible for the removal, shipment, and disposal of all spent carbon material. • The contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform these services and provide examples of recent/relevant contracts.
