Environmental Health Lobby and Office Upgrades Design

Missoula County is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to provide full‑service design and construction‑administration for a lobby and office renovation within the Environmental Health division of the Missoula Public Health Building. The scope includes schematic design, construction‑drawings, permitting, coordination with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural consultants, and ongoing construction‑admin support through project close‑out. The project budget for construction is $350,000; design and admin fees are to be expressed as percentages of that amount. The contract is expected to be awarded by late January 2026 and run through the end of June 2027. • Redesign and remodel of 2nd‑floor lobby and adjoining office spaces, including demolition, new walls, doors, casework, finishes, and ADA upgrades. • Coordination of MEP and structural consulting, submission of permit‑ready drawings, and assistance with submittal review, RFIs, and pay‑application processing. • Preference given to disadvantaged businesses, Montana‑registered apprentices, and firms based in Missoula County; evaluation weighted 40 pts qualifications, 60 pts cost.
