DOTD Bulk Salt One Time Buy

The State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation & Development, is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of bulk salt. The successful bidder will be required to deliver 300 tons of salt, meeting the requirements of DOTD MS Spec 317-001, to the DOTD Eng&Op-Alexandria/Dist 08 location in Alexandria, LA. Bidders must submit their bids via email to [email protected] prior to the submission deadline. The bid price must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination. • The bid must be manually signed in ink or submitted online via the vendor portal. • The bid price must be firm for the contractual period. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide descriptive information sufficient for the State of Louisiana to evaluate quality, suitability, and compliance with the specifications. • The bidder must abide by the requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable laws.
