Various Adobe Education Academic Software & Service

The West Virginia Department of Education is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract to provide various Adobe Education Academic Software and Services. The contract will be for one year with three one-year renewals. The evaluation of award will be based on the total bid amount. Vendors must submit their bids electronically through wvOASIS or signed and delivered to the Agency by the bid opening date. Some key software and services included in the bid are: Creative Cloud VIP Device Licensing, White glove service, Adobe Connect, and Adobe Stock. • The contract requires the vendor to accept orders through wvOASIS, regular mail, fax, email, or any other written form of communication. • The vendor must carry sufficient inventory of the contract items being offered to fulfill its obligations under the contract. • The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the Agency showing the Agency's items purchased, quantities of items purchased, and total dollar value of the items purchased. • The vendor must designate and maintain a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the vendor's responsibilities under the contract.
