Water and Wastewater Treatment

The Washington State Patrol is seeking a qualified contractor to operate, maintain, and monitor the water‑management systems at the Washington State Fire Training Academy, encompassing a membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment plant, potable water reservoirs, and stormwater pond system. The work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, water quality testing, reporting, compliance with state and federal regulations, and on‑site presence two non‑consecutive days per week (minimum eight hours). The contract is capped at $700,000 for up to five years (one base year plus four optional one‑year extensions). • Operate and maintain MBR wastewater treatment, potable water, and storm‑water systems (excluding DAF/oil‑separator). • Provide on‑site staffing (2 days/week, 7 am‑4 pm PST) and 24/7 emergency response via subcontractors. • Comply with NPDES permit WA‑0031836, maintain remote monitoring (SCADA/LogMeIn), and submit required reports.
