Event Manager RFP

The Children’s Services Council of Broward County is seeking a professional event management firm to plan, coordinate, and execute a five‑event Youth Summit Series spanning January to September 2022. The contractor will provide full project management, on‑site and virtual coordination, webcast production, and speaker/attendee support across virtual, hybrid, and in‑person formats. Applications must be submitted via the CAPS system by the deadline. • Manage all aspects of five separate summit events (virtual, hybrid, and in‑person). • Provide webcast services and technical support for live streaming. • Coordinate speakers, attendees, and logistics for each event. • Deliver comprehensive project management from planning through post‑event reporting. • Submit all proposals through the CSC CAPS portal by October 29 2021.
