RFQ - Price Agreement for K-9 vehicle inserts, with initial purchase

The State of Oregon, Department of State Police, is soliciting quotes for a Price Agreement for K-9 vehicle inserts and related goods. The initial purchase will be for 2 inserts, and the Price Agreement will be for up to 10 years or $250,000, whichever comes first. The agreement will cover the entire catalog of K-9 vehicle inserts and related goods. Vendors must provide a quote upon Agency request, and prices will not exceed a certain percentage discount off MSRP. • The vendor must be registered in OregonBuys to be awarded a Price Agreement. • The vendor must acknowledge that the Price Agreement will be substantially the same as the Sample Price Agreement attached to the bid. • The vendor must provide information on their brand and model being offered. • The vendor must provide their standard delivery time for K-9 inserts. • The vendor must provide their return policy and damaged policy. • The vendor must provide their warranty policy.
