Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose unit pricing. Based on market data for new Class 8 road tractors with the described specifications, unit costs typically range from $150,000 to $250,000. Assuming MoDOT will purchase between 3 and 5 units (a common quantity for a central office fleet), the total contract value could be roughly $500,000 to $1,250,000. Therefore a reasonable estimate for the award amount is $500K‑$1M, acknowledging that the final figure will depend on the exact quantity and any negotiated discounts.
