Bids must be itemized, include the mandatory 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax, and be emailed directly to the procurement officer by the specified deadline. All required certifications, including a non‑debarring affidavit and, if applicable, a priority‑vendor eligibility certificate, must accompany the submission. The procurement will be awarded to the best‑value offer, and the CPMD reserves the right to withdraw the ITB at any time. • Required product: one new forklift meeting Toyota 50‑8FGU32 specs (or equivalent). • Eligible bidders: only authorized, fully certified automotive dealerships; third‑party resellers are excluded. • Submission format: electronic, itemized bid emailed to [email protected] by Nov 19 2025 4 p.m., inclusive of 6 % sales tax and all required affidavits/certificates. • Delivery responsibility: dealer arranges and pays for transportation to Cornfields Chapter, AZ. • Evaluation: best‑value award; CPMD may reject any or all bids or withdraw the solicitation.

Budget estimate

$30,000 – $50,000

The solicitation does not disclose a budget, but a new Toyota 50‑8FGU32‑type forklift typically ranges from $30,000 to $45,000 base price. Adding the mandatory 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax raises the total to roughly $31,800–$47,700. Accounting for potential dealer discounts, freight costs, and optional accessories, the overall contract value is likely to fall between $30,000 and $50,000.
