Master Lease - Philadelphia

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Master Lease for office space in Philadelphia. The lease term will be 10 years with 2-5 year options. The space should be approximately 199,712-229,669 square feet, with the possibility of a future expansion of up to 25,000 square feet. The proposer should provide information on the availability of private and/or public parking, as well as the number of parking spaces and location of the parking if included in the lease. The proposer should also provide information on the ownership and financial condition of the proposed property, including the legal owner, ownership structure, and existing debt obligations. • The space should be suitable for office use and should meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The proposer should provide a proposal that includes all required information and forms, including a proposal checklist and acknowledgment, small business participation submittal, and proof of site control. • The proposer should also provide information on the proposed lease rate, operating expenses, and other costs associated with the lease. • The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received as a result of this request, or to negotiate separately with competing proposers.
