The cylinders must meet DOT‑SP 10915 specifications, include CGA‑347 fill ports, pressure gauges, and be shipped empty to Orlando, FL. The solicitation is set‑aside for SBA‑eligible firms and will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) basis.
