Z1NE--Water Tank Cleaning and Inspection

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide water tank cleaning and inspection services at the Edward P. Boland Campus in Leeds, MA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the work in accordance with contractual requirements. The work must adhere to VHA, OSHA, EPA, local laws, and Mass DEP standards. The contract period of performance is from 09/25/2025 to 09/24/2026. • The contractor must provide a qualified tank inspector who meets specific qualifications, such as being a Massachusetts Registered Professional Engineer or an API 653 Inspector. • The contractor must submit a quote using the provided line item table and include all applicable labor rates for the solicited services. • The contractor must comply with all codes, standards, and requirements of all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). • The contractor must provide specification sheets for proposed equipment and include them within the solicitation response. • The contractor must ensure that all field work is scheduled at least 7 business days in advance with the point of contact/cor. • The contractor must leave the site clean of all debris and hazardous materials daily.
