AFRL Enterprise CSO: Centralized Open Spiral

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is soliciting Commercial Solutions Brief (CSB) submissions for innovative solutions in areas such as advanced component development and operational systems development. The CSB submissions will be evaluated, and those categorized as Selectable will be invited to proceed to Step Two, where they will be required to submit a Request for Commercial Solutions Proposal (CSP). The Government reserves the right to make no award and may award one or more contracts and/or Other Transactions for Prototype (OTP) for all, or part of, any proposal received. • The CSB submissions should be submitted to [email protected] with a specific subject line. • The submissions containing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) should be transmitted through the Department of Defense Secure File Access Exchange (DoD SAFE). • The offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments to the Enterprise CSO and/or this Spiral. • General questions regarding this Open Enterprise Spiral should be directed to [email protected].
