Executive Golf Course Renovation Projects – Various Locations

This Invitation to Bid (ITB #26B‑042) seeks a qualified contractor to provide a turnkey renovation of five executive golf courses within the Villages Community Development Districts. The scope covers complete reconstruction of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, irrigation and drainage systems, cart paths, landscaping, and related site improvements for each course. Work must be completed within 180 calendar days per site, with the possibility of overlapping schedules at up to three locations simultaneously. The contract will be awarded separately for the Village Center Community Development District (VCCDD) and the Sumter Landing Community Development District (SLCDD), and a single contractor may win both awards. Bidders must have at least ten years’ experience, five recent comparable projects, and hold current GCBAA certification.
