UST Incident 18989 Consulting and Remediation

The City of Charlotte, through its Aviation department, is seeking a qualified environmental consulting and remediation firm to address UST Incident #18989 at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The work will focus on investigation, recovery, monitoring, and assessment of light non‑aqueous phase liquids (LNAPL) and associated hydrocarbons in subsurface and surface water, in accordance with NCDEQ directives. The contract is a “not to exceed” award valued between $1 M and $4.999 M. • Perform environmental consulting, engineering, and remedial services for UST incident #18989. • Conduct LNAPL identification, source tracking, recovery, monitoring, and assessment per NCDEQ guidance. • Maintain required insurance (automobile, professional liability, general liability, workers’ compensation). • Deliver reports and recommendations to the City of Charlotte’s Aviation department.
