Forklifts - LDAF

The State of Louisiana’s Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for two (2) electric counter‑balanced sit‑down forklifts (approximately 3,000 lb capacity) and associated accessories, batteries, chargers, and telematics. Vendors must submit a fully‑priced, compliant bid by the opening date, include all required attachments, and meet the detailed specifications outlined in Attachments A‑C. The contract will be awarded on an all‑or‑none basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the possibility of up to two additional 12‑month renewal periods (maximum 36 months total). • Quantity: 2 forklifts (plus optional accessories, batteries, chargers, telematics). • Required brand/model: Yale ERP030VT or approved equal; full specifications listed in the solicitation. • Delivery to: Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry, Food Distribution Warehouse, 5825 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806. • Bids must be submitted electronically via the LaGov vendor portal by the bid opening time (09/30/2026 10:00 AM CST). • All vendors must be pre‑registered in the LaGov system and include a W‑9 if newly registered. • Payment terms: net 30 days after invoice receipt; discounts for early payment are not award‑considered. • Contract may be renewed twice for 12‑month periods, not to exceed 36 months total.
