RFQ 2204. Agent Hardware, Parts, and Services

The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission is seeking qualification statements from companies interested in providing Agent Location Hardware and associated peripherals to support the MSLC’s ongoing modernization of equipment and systems. This RFQ includes parts and services related to the continued maintenance of Lottery owned equipment. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a qualified list of firms for a full range of equipment, including Full Service Terminals, Compact Terminals, Mobile Terminals, Ticket Checkers, Player Activated Terminals, and more. The MSLC is looking for companies that can provide high-quality equipment, parts, and services to support the Lottery’s operations.
