Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive lottery central monitoring and control system, including its full installation, implementation, operation, maintenance, and all associated services. The system must support all current Maryland Lottery games and provide innovative concepts and solutions to increase sales and revenues. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of retailer terminals, installing monitors and advertising displays, and maintaining system security. The contract will have a base term of 11 years, with one 5-year option period and one 12-month transition option period.
