The Alaska Air National Guard’s 176th Wing seeks a sole‑source contractor to operate a comprehensive, venue‑based advertising and community‑sponsorship program at the O’Malley Ice and Sports Center in Anchorage. The effort is designed to raise public awareness of the Guard and support recruiting by branding the arena with naming rights, Zamboni wraps, on‑ice logos, dasher‑board ads, locker‑room branding, digital LED displays, and stair‑way graphics, plus providing ongoing maintenance, monthly activity reports, and an annual event calendar. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, base year of 12 months starting 15 Sep 2026 with two optional 12‑month extensions.
• Provide exclusive “Air National Guard Ice Arena” naming rights and signage.
• Design, install, and maintain Zamboni graphic wrap, on‑ice logos (6), dasher‑board ads (3), locker‑room branding, LED wall ads (4), and stair‑way graphics (4).
• Deliver monthly performance reports and an annual forecast of facility events.
• Maintain all advertising assets, repairing or replacing damaged items within specified timeframes.
• Attend required progress meetings and coordinate through a designated Contract Manager.
