Wireless Radio Maintenance

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide wireless radio maintenance, repair, and support services for the Water Services Department infrastructure. The contract will commence on or about July 1, 2026, and will last for five years. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade services, as well as furnishing compatible wireless communication components. The scope of work includes general requirements, equipment and systems, commissioning requirements, maintenance and repair services, staffing and certifications, and specialized equipment. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must have been in operation for a minimum of five years and have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must provide manufacturer-certified technicians and maintain all required certifications. • The contractor must have the necessary tools, equipment, and vehicle(s) to perform the work. • The contractor must provide a quote/project estimate within three business days of each site assessment or initial estimate request. • The contractor must obtain written authorization from the City for subcontracting or use of any other parties to perform services under the contract. • The contractor must ensure that all subcontractors have valid and collectable insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable OSHA regulations and provide all necessary safety equipment. The City reserves the right to disqualify any offeror who fails to provide information or data requested or who provides materially inaccurate or misleading information or data.
