The required supplies include DTD Fill Cable for SWT, vIPer, SW Update Cable for SWT & vIPer, and US National Sectéra vIPer Universal Secure Phone Fiber Capable Upgrade with PTT Handset. The equipment is used to provide command personnel the ability to conduct classified voice conversations with other agencies and commands as required by mission needs. The expected delivery date is 15 SEP 25, and the period of performance is continuously, unless or until superseded by new secure voice devices. • The contract is for a sole source procurement, meaning that only one source is capable of providing the required supplies. • The required supplies are brand-name products, and the source is uniquely qualified to meet the requirement. • The equipment must be compatible with existing systems or equipment, and the source has established proprietary rights, limited rights in data, patent rights, copyrights, or secret processes in the item or service required.
