Sources Sought SEL-2902

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources of supply for a transformer protection relay that meets the performance requirements of the SEL-2902, manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). The required product should have the following characteristics: • Provide an adapter panel to interface RJ45 serial ports with existing DB-9 serial communications connections • Support replacement of legacy communications processors and real-time automation controllers while preserving existing panel layouts, wiring, and cable management • Offer flexible mounting options, including rack-, surface-, or DIN-rail mounting • Provide secure mounting for serial transceivers and organized routing of communications cables • Support integration with SEL automation and computing platforms while maintaining compatibility with existing serial communications infrastructure Interested parties should submit detailed technical data for evaluation, but please note that this is not a request for proposals, quotes, or an invitation for bid.
