Description
This solicitation seeks multiple small businesses to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the transportation, preparation, cleaning, and repair of airfield heavy‑equipment at Fort Drum, NY. The work includes removal of attachments, relocation of broken equipment between the airfield and SMA yard, washing to meet FAA and AFI standards, and full liability for damage during handling. The BPA will be evaluated annually, may remain in effect for up to five years, and is set‑aside 100 % for small businesses (size standard $34 million). Offers must include required representations, certifications, and pricing per the TE‑8 Pricing Exhibit.
• Remove attachments and prepare broken airfield equipment for safe transport.
• Transport equipment inbound to the SMA yard, coordinate repair, then return outbound to the airfield.
• Perform washing/cleaning per FAA AC 150/5200‑30D and AFI 32‑1002 specifications.
• Provide all labor, supervision, materials, insurance, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Submit intent to participate via email, include required information per the Addendum to 52.212‑1, and meet the 4‑hour response and next‑business‑day work start metrics.
