Sale of Real Property- Old Clifton Park Elementary School

The Killeen Independent School District is soliciting bids for the sale of approximately 9.84 acres of land, commonly known as the Old Clifton Park Elementary School property, located at 2200 Trimmier Road in Killeen, Texas. The property will be sold in "as-is" condition, and the buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with the purchase, including title insurance and closing costs. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The property is being sold for a minimum price of $1.7 million. • Bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the bid number and title, to the Killeen Independent School District Purchasing Department by the submission deadline. • The bid package includes a bid response form, a purchase and sale contract, and other attachments. • Bidders must provide a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the purchase price as earnest money. • The district will review all bids and select the highest and best bid that meets the requirements set by the district.
