Offshore Wind Project Predevelopment Solicitation: Request for Information (OSWRFI26-2)

Description of goods to services to be bid: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to acquire feedback from interested parties that will assist NYSERDA in refining a proposed open enrollment funding opportunity - the Draft Offshore Wind Project Predevelopment Program Opportunity Notice - to support offshore wind project predevelopment activities in New York State. Comments responding to this RFI are due by August 31, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Prevailing Time and should be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "OSWRFI26-2 Response". NYSERDA may reach out to respondents to seek clarifications. Any technical questions about this RFI should be directed in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "OSWRFI26-2 Inquiry." If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at:www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: Through this RFI, NYSERDA is seeking comments from interested stakeholders, particularly offshore wind developers and their representatives, on a draft Program Opportunity Notice.
