Invitation for Fitness Equipment

The Navajo Nation Department of Fire & Rescue is soliciting bids for the purchase of fitness equipment. The bid invitation is open to all qualified vendors, with a preference given to Navajo Nation priority one or two vendors. The required equipment includes: - 8 Rogue FM-HR90 Functional Trainers - 8 Monster Standard J-Cup Pairs - Various other Rogue fitness equipment and accessories - 4 Rogue ECHO Bikes - 8 STEPR PRO machines Bidders must submit their bids on company letterhead, including unit prices, subtotal, Navajo Nation sales tax (6%), shipping (if applicable), and grand total. The bid package must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number (25-11-3916DB) and company name. The bid due date is November 26, 2025, by 5:00 PM DST. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted. In addition to the bid, vendors must provide: - A Navajo Nation certification regarding debarment and suspension - A completed W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) The Navajo Nation reserves the right to reject any bid, in whole or in part, and to terminate the contract if the executed certification is found to be untrue or not wholly accurate.
