Budget estimate

$200,000 – $800,000

The contract’s revenue will be derived from interest earned on the district’s cash balances and any service fees negotiated. Assuming the district maintains $10 – 30 million in deposits, typical net interest margins for public‑sector accounts range from 0.2 % to 0.8 % annually. This yields an annual revenue of roughly $20,000 – $240,000, multiplied over three years, plus a modest administrative fee (estimated $10,000‑$30,000 per year). Consequently, total contract value could fall between $200,000 and $800,000 over the three‑year term, depending on deposit levels and fee structure.
