Request for Proposals for Management of the New Rapid City Sports Fieldhouse

The City of Rapid City is seeking a management firm to oversee the new Rapid City Indoor Fieldhouse, a $61 million, 170,000 sq. ft. facility. The selected firm will be responsible for designing and executing a marketing strategy, attracting regional tournaments, clinics, and camps, and overseeing daily maintenance and customer service. The facility will offer free all-weather activities, community club sports facilities, leased tournament facilities, and other amenities. The management firm will work closely with the City and Parks & Recreation Department to ensure a welcoming environment and a robust calendar of activities.
