Description
The City of Haviland is seeking bids to upgrade its municipal wastewater treatment facilities, including lift stations, pump stations, and lagoon systems. The work encompasses removal and replacement of pumps, installation of new PLC‑based control panels, electrical upgrades, structural repairs, installation of new grinder/comminutor equipment, construction of a new 7.3‑acre clay‑lined lagoon, site grading, fencing, and related mechanical and civil improvements. The project also offers optional painting alternatives for the lift and pump station dry pits. Bidders must obtain the full set of plans and specifications from Drexel Technologies and be registered in SAM.gov.
• Replace two wastewater pumps at the town lift station and at the WWTP pump station with new units and control panels.
• Install new PLC‑based pump control panels, floats, radar level sensors, and perform electrical upgrades.
• Construct a new 7.3‑acre clay‑lined lagoon, install inter‑connecting piping, and complete site grading, fencing, and seeding.
• Optional alternates: repaint lift station and pump station dry pits.
