Sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Transit Advertising Services on transit buses

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is seeking sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Transit Advertising Services on transit buses. The successful firm will be responsible for selling and placing advertising on six transit buses. Proposals must include a general resume, revenue sharing proposal, maintenance and service plan, marketing plan, financial background, and current list of clients. The contract will be for a five-year period, and the successful proposer will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations and requirements. • The RFP is open to all firms interested in participating. • Proposals must be submitted in five sealed copies. • The successful proposer will be required to acquire a policy of liability and errors and omissions insurance. • The proposer shall submit to Butte-Silver Bow an independent audit by a Certified Public Accountant on a yearly basis. • Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals.
