Intent to issue a sole source modification for long distance phone services at Orote Guam

The DITCO-Pacific intends to award a sole source modification for long distance phone services at Orote, Guam to Teleguam Holdings LLC. This modification will add long-distance voice services to the existing Managed Network Services (MNS) to support both local and long-distance outbound/inbound traffic under the same managed framework. The purpose of this modification is to ensure that the managed SIP Trunking solution supports both local and long-distance traffic. • The modification is for Virtual Private Network Service (VPNS) at Naval Base Orote, Guam. • The original award was issued under a full and open competition. • Obtaining a duplicate MNS SIP Trunk is not economically or technologically feasible. • The Government retains sole discretion regarding competition.
