93--Stoplog Seals

The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Yuma Area Office has a requirement to replace worn out stoplog seals located at the Brock Reservoir Gate on Interstate 8. The contractor must provide U-shaped seal assemblies, hollow core drill bits, and other items as specified in the solicitation. The total price shall be inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes, and delivery shall be completed within 90 days from the date of award. • The contractor must provide a delivery schedule after notice of award. • The contractor is required to protect all parts/equipment from corrosion, deformation, dents, dings, scratches, ruptures, breaks, punctures, abrasions, cuts, and other types of damage during storage, handling, transport, and delivery. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a quote that meets the minimum specifications stated in the solicitation, and the government reserves the right to consider quotes that exceed the minimum need. • The contractor must submit their quote via email to the Contract Specialist, Harris Abellon, by the specified deadline.
