FY26 EFT Services - ABC PM

The Alabama ABC Board is seeking Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) services to facilitate the electronic collection of payments of mixed-beverage alcoholic products at ABC-operated locations statewide. The selected supplier must support a secure file-integration process, handle technical implementation, ensure service continuity, and provide a fixed, per-transaction cost for the entirety of the service period. • The service period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. • The supplier must transmit invoice data for timely and accurate payment collection. • The supplier is responsible for all technical setup, configuration, and integration necessary to establish and maintain EFT services. • The supplier must ensure continuous, uninterrupted processing of all EFT transactions throughout the contract term. • Pricing must be provided as a fixed, per-transaction cost for the entirety of the service period.
