Notice of Intent to Sole Source Operation of the Long Beach Job Corps Center with OA/CTS

The Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps Acquisition Services (JCAS), intends to award a sole source contract for the operation of the Long Beach Job Corps Center. The contract is expected to be awarded to The Bizzell Group, Inc. (Bizzell) under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall operate the center for a period of twelve months, with a possible six-month extension.
