Open Enrollment (OE) for Employment Services

The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking proposals for Open Enrollment for Employment Services. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive assessments, skills training, practical work experiences, individualized job placements, and supports to help individuals with varying needs and disabilities achieve long-term, competitive, integrated employment. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the possibility of renewal. The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to background checks, tax liability, and workers' compensation. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing employment services to individuals with disabilities • Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized plans • Offering skills training and practical work experiences • Providing job placement and support services • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintaining accurate records and reports • Cooperating with Texas Workforce Commission staff and other stakeholders
