Budget estimate

$300,000 – $600,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical A/E design fees of 8‑12 % of construction cost for a 6,000 sq ft building plus a 2,000 sq ft pavilion, and assuming a construction budget of $3‑5 million, the design services could range from $300,000 to $600,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the level of detail required, any additional specialty engineering (e.g., security, HVAC), and the duration of the design phase.
