Sale of Used Cooking Oil or Used Vegetable Oil

The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of used cooking oil or used vegetable oil. The duration of this solicitation is for 1 year. The bidder agrees to pick up used cooking oil from various collection points around the installation, with an estimated annual amount of 15,000 pounds. The bidder must provide transportation and remove the used cooking oil within five working days after notification. The payment terms are based on the Jacobsen Chicago, IL Yellow Grease Market price, and the bidder will be invoiced within five days after pick-up. • The bidder must weigh their truck prior to collecting the cooking oil on the government scales. • The bidder must comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws and regulations. • The agreement period is for one year, from 5/22/26 to 5/22/27. • Evaluations for award will be based on best price offered to the QRP.
