Marketing, Visitor Services, and Event Coordination

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive marketing services, visitor information support, and event planning/coordination to promote Yarmouth as a year-round destination. Services include development and execution of marketing campaigns, staffing and support for visitor services, and coordination of community and signature events. The contract is expected to be awarded within 90 days of the submission deadline, and the selected firm will be required to provide these services for a period of one year, with a budget not to exceed $180,000 per year.
